RG GP01 Zephyranthes - WIP 3

A little intermission before the actual program

Recently I went to a shopping mall near my area and they had a funko exhibition booth. The missus was attracted to 2 series, Nightmare Before Christmas and Alice through the Looking Glass, which both happens to be in blind boxes.

Nightmare Before Christmas list of characters

She wanted the bottom Mad Hatter from Alice through the Looking Glass and the pumpkin man from Nightmare Before Christmas. The booth had a weighing scale and we were there taking out boxes after boxes to weigh them and comparing them to the ones on display. In the end, this was what we got from the boxes:

Pumpkin man and a sad Mad Hatter

The Mad Hatter is unhappy with what the Pumpkin man is doing.

Now back to the original program. After completing the Core Fighter-II, next part of  the build are the legs.

Both the left and right side of the foot has the same amount of pieces.

Interesting part of the foot. It has a working hydraulic. I'm leaving it as it is because of laziness it is too small to small to paint

The articulation of the foot

Left: The feet with the pistons. Right: Completed left and right side of the feet

Left: The leg straight out of the runner.
Right: Individual parts before the assembly of the leg

Inner frame partially completed.

A few more pieces are required to complete the entire inner frame of the leg.

With the additional pieces attached to the inner frame, the leg is completed and waiting the armor.

The articulation of the inner frame. As with all models, the inner frame has a wide range of articulation without the armor attached to it.

Incomplete and completed leg with panel lines, decals and matt coated

Can you spot the difference? The one on the left is without matt coating.

Pieces for the waist.

Parts which makes up the waist section

Waist section assembled

The waist can be swiveled right and left.

The hole in the middle of the waist is where the CF-II is attached to connect both the top and bottom section of the Zephyranthes together.
