Decool 7116 The Ultimate Batmobile - WIP 1

WOW!! That's huge

First off I would like to apologise for the hiatus from this blog for so long. Mentioned in the previous post that I got a new job and can't seem to find either the time or mood to do any model kits or bricks building until the recent Christmas break (I have been riding a lot but just around the little island). I went to the 'toy room' and took this st out. It is the Decool's version of The Batmobile Ultimate Collectors Edition from Lego but at a cheaper price.

Without anymore delays, let's get on with the built.

DC Super Heroes blind packs

An unexpected find

A quick update before the post on the blind packs. Started a new job and will be busier than usual. The responsibilities are still the same as the previous job mentioned in this post. Only difference is the salary and the benefits offered which are way better than the previous company.

I am also taking the Demak out more often now as I now have a 'temporary permit' to ride it to work. This is considered a milestone to me as I always wanted to the bike to work. Gives me time to collect my thoughts of the day.

Recently I have been thinking of creating a bucket list and either post it here or create another blog for it. It will consist of all the things I want to do and there will be a post on the adventure when it is completed. Still undecided on what I want to do yet so all suggestions are welcomed.

Anyways, back to the post. I went into Times bookstore and was browsing around when something caught my eye. It was the Star Wars wrist band. Took a look at it and next to it was a box filled with blind packs from DC Comics.

This is Series 1 and I have no idea how long it was released or when it was released. Took a look at the back to see who was up for grabs and immediately knew who I wanted to get: Batman

Scribblenauts Unmasked

Blind super heroes

Taking a break from shadowing the swords and other armour parts of the MG Seven Swords. During this break, I will be talking about this new thing I mentioned in the August loot. It is called Scribblenauts Unmasked. What is this? I had no idea it even existed until I saw it on the counter at Borders.

From what I can gather by looking at the box, it has a total of 11 different figures and there will be more of this coming out since this is considered as Series 1. There are 2 special figures and it is a blind choice. You cannot and do not know what figure you will be getting until you purchase and open the box. Since there are only 4 left, I decided to take a chance and get all 4 hoping there are no duplicates.

Loot #6

This is the loot for the month of July. Was hoping that the RG Z'Gok would arrive in time but no such luck. Bought new type of paint to try since it was on sale. The color I got was Steel Grey. Would be trying this on the next MG for the inner frame. If the color turns out nice, might consider stocking up on it as I can forsee that I will have lots of MGs, RGs and maybe some PG frames with this color on it.

There are also DC figures called Scribble Unmasked. Since there are only 4 left, I decided to get all 4 and hope that there are no repeats in them. I will post a review about them in the future and also show what figures I got and how many are there to collect.
