PG Wing Zero Custom (Pearl Mirror) - WIP 2

As mentioned in the previous posting, this post will be focusing on putting armours for the inner frame. Parts are separated before the armour can be put on. The chest armour took the longest time to complete. I did accidentally fixed the red part of the armour the wrong way round. Was wondering why the pegs could not fit into the holes and there is a V shape at the back.

There is an LED on the chest which requires you the wiring before putting the armour. The wires seen in the photos are waiting for their head counterpart so they can be connected together to the backpack.

The pilot was not painted. Did not have much confidence in painting so didn't want to risk spoiling the pilot. Besides, he comes in the same pearl white colour as the gundam. If you can see, he is also sitting at a weird angle. This is mainly due to the wire for the LED on the chest. The wire has go across the right side of his foot. Tried a few times to adjust the wire and pilot but the result is still the same. Doesn't bother me too much cause the cockpit will mostly be closed.

Next part to armour are the hands. It is a straight forward build with not much issue. The only issue I came across are the fingers. They tend to pop out very easily. Just have to be extra careful when posing him.

The final part to armour up are the legs. This is also another straight forward built. I love building PG legs. Get to see how the mechanism work and also how armour upon armour are put together to get the final product.

I am glad that the decision to paint the inner frame two different colours was a good one. Did not expect the colour to be seen through the armour.
