 Final Touches

Since most of the major painting work completed in the previous post, this post will be the final touch up and panel lining.

   
Looked at the manual and noticed that there are some yellow parts which I missed at the legs

Painted the parts yellow and the black was done with the 0.03 Fineliner pen

   

Another thing I missed out was the black inside the hand guard

The part is molded in white. The inside needs to be black and have tried a few types of sharpie and the Fineliner pen but was unsuccessful. One option is to use the black paint but it would need to have the replenishing treatment first but have another idea on hand before using the paint

   
Tried using the Tamiya Accent Panel Line Black to fill up the inside and it worked like a charm. Rinse and repeat for 4 other parts of the other hand

   

There are 2 areas where the instructions mention to use the sticker provided. One is for the feet and the other is for the shoulder armor. Did not want to use the sticker provided so colored it with the Fineliner pen

   

Painted silver at the backpack which will be covered by the transparent blue piece

With all parts panel lined and stickers in placed, the major work for the kit has finally come to a close. Next up will be interesting as I am curious on how all the parts come together.
